First party: Reginald, son of Walter Seylberd of Carlethon [Carlton].
Second party: Philip Galle of Saufleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The whole service which John de Cornemayles [Cormeilles] of Karlethon [Carlton] once owed to Reginald, for two acres of meadow in the marsh of Geython [Gayton le Marsh], which he holds of Reginald, namely 2d of annual rent which John gave to Reginald and which he was accustomed to receive from Philip Unwyne of Sutthon [Sutton] at the feast of St Botolph for that meadow, and whatever could fall to Reginald from the service of John or his heirs in any case for this tenement. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns of Reginald and his heirs in fee and inheritance, freely and quietly for half a mark which Philip gave to Reginald in advance.
