Second party: Philip Galle of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Eight acres of arable land and meadow lying next between Philip's land on the west side and the land of Robert Fetherheng on the east side, namely in the field of Salfletby [Saltfleetby] and abutting upon le Gristh towards the north on one side and upon the way called Saltergathe towards the south on the other. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns of the lord of the fee freely, quietly, in fee and inheritance, well and in peace, paying yearly to the lord of the fee 18½d only for all secular service, exaction and demand, namely at the terms appointed in the soke. For a certain sum of money paid in advance.
