First party: Alan, son of Stepy of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: The whole of that land which Robert, Alan's brother, sold to Andrew and his heirs, namely in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby], lying between the land of William son of the priest and the land of Alan himself, the limits of which abut upon Kippetoft He towards the north and upon le Adye towards the south. To hold to Andrew and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, peacefully and in inheritance of Alan and his heirs, paying yearly to Alan and his heirs 2d at two terms, namely 1d at Christmas and 1d at Easter for all secular service, exaction and custom.
