First party: Martin son of Gilbert.
Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: One half-selion extending from Grist as far as Fled, lying between the land of Odo Galle and the land of Gilbert son of Stepy. For 10s sterling. To hold of Martin and his heirs to Andrew and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly and in inheritance, paying yearly to Martin and his heirs 1d at Christmas for all service and secular exaction.
