Folio: 313v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: John, son of Robert le Palmer of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Walter, son of Robert Lenorm of the same vill.
Place or subject: One acre and a half of meadow which lies in John's croft, namely next to the ditch of Robert de Hertheby [Hareby] on the east side and John's land on the west side, and it abuts towards the south upon the way called Saltergate and towards the north upon John's land. For 25s which Walter gave to John. To hold to Walter and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly and in inheritance, well and in peace, paying 1½d yearly to John and his heirs, namely 1d at Easter and 0½d at Michaelmas, for all services, customs and demands.
