First party: John, son of Robert le Paumer [Palmer] of Saufletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Roger, vicar of Schitbroc [Skidbrooke].
Place or subject: A fourth part of an acre of land, lying in the territory of Saufletby [Saltfleetby] on the east side of Robert's toft from the length of the way towards the north as far as Roger's land towards the south. For 5s. To hold to Roger and his assigns of Robert and his heirs freely, quietly and in inheritance, paying yearly to Robert and his heirs one halfpenny at Michaelmas for all secular services, customs, suits of courts and demands.
