First party: John, son of Robert le Palmer of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Roger, vicar of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke].
Place or subject: One selion lying in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby] in John's croft between the land of Robert de Heguing on the east side and John's land on the west side, in length from Robert's land as far as the 'grist'. To hold to Roger and his assigns freely and quietly for 6s which Roger gave John, paying yearly to John and his heirs one halfpenny of silver at Michaelmas for all secular services, suits of courts and demands.
