Folio: 313. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: John, son of Robert le Paumer [Palmer] of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Roger, vicar of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke].
Place or subject: One toft, surrounded by a ditch, which holds in width five 'falls' and in length ten 'falls', namely that which lies in the territory of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby] between John's land on the east side and the land of Ellis de Raban on the other side. To hold fully and entirely without any reservation for a certain sum of money which Roger gave John in advance to Roger and his assigns of John and his heirs freely, quietly and in right and inheritance, paying yearly to John and his heirs one halfpenny at Michaelmas for all services.
