Folio: 313. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: John, son of Robert de Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Roger, vicar of Schitebroc [Skidbrooke].
Place or subject: Three acres of arable land and one acre of meadow and a half lying between the croft of Robert de Hertheby [Hareby] and between the land of Robert de Heguing in length from Saltergate as far as John's land, for five marks which Roger gave to John, with free entry and exit through he middle of John's land. To hold to John and his assigns of John and his heirs, paying 4½d at Michaelmas for all secular services, customs, suits and demands.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Robert de Hertheby [Hareby]; Robert del Heguing; Hugh son of Osbert; Richard son of Robert; Ralph son of Richard; William son of Walter; and Richard the clerk.
