First party: John, son of Robert le Paumer [Palmer] of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Roger, vicar of Skytebrok [Skidbrooke].
Place or subject: Two selions of arable land lying in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby] between John's toft on the west side and Roger's land on the east side, and it extends from Gristesgate in length as far as Roger's land Roger towards the south. To hold to Roger and his assigns freely, quietly and in inheritance for 10s which Roger gave John, of John and his heirs, paying yearly to John and his heirs one halfpenny at Michaelmas for all secular services, suits of courts and demands.
