First party: John, son of Robert de Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Roger, vicar of Schitebrok [Skidbrooke].
Place or subject: The whole of that land lying between the land of Styneton on the west side and the land of Robert del Heguyng on the east side, which he bought from John, in length from John's toft towards the north as far as the land of Robert de Heguyng towards the south in the territory of Salfletby [Saltfleetby]. To hold of John and his heirs to Roger and his assigns well and in peace, freely and quietly, for 16s which Roger paid to John, paying him and his heirs 2½d yearly at Michaelmas for all secular services, suits, customs and demands.
