Folio: 309v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Alan, son of Sibyl de Grimmolby [Grimoldby], by the advice and consent of Idonia, his wife.
Second party: Peter, son of Odo Galle of Saltfledby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: One half acre of meadow in the meadows of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby] lying between the meadow of Margaret daughter of Hamelin on the north side and the meadow of Thomas de Carleton [Carlton] on the south side, and the boundary towards the west abuts upon Alan's meadow and towards the east upon Peter's meadow. For two marks which Peter gave to Alan in advance. To hold of Alan and his heirs to Peter and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, in inheritance, well and in peace, paying yearly to Alan and his heirs one clove at the feast of St Botolph for all services, suits of courts, customs and demands.
