First party: Alice and Agnes, daughters of Richard del Flete of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip Galle of the same vill.
Place or subject: One acre and a half of arable land with appurtenances lying in the territory of the same vill next between the land of Richard son of Mathe on the north side and Alice's and Agnes's land on the south side, and abutting towards the east upon the pit of their croft and towards the west upon the land of the church of St Peter, with free entry and exit. For a sum of money which Philip gave to Alice and Agnes in advance. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Alice and Agnes and their heirs freely, quietly, peacefully, in fee and inheritance. Paying yearly to Alice and Agnes and their heirs one root of ginger at the feast of St Botolph for all secular services, customs, suits of courts and demands.
