First party: Walter and William, sons of Roger Futur of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Osbert, son of Robert de Salfleteby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: All their right and claim in a moiety of the croft called Futurcroft, which extends in length from Grist as far as Saltergate, and it lies between the land of Robert Fetherane and the land of William Futur of Holm. For two marks which Osbert gave to Walter and William. To hold to Osbert and his heirs freely and quietly, absolutely and honourably from the lord of the fee, paying 14d yearly to the lord of the fee, namely 3½d at each of the feasts of Christmas, Easter, St Botolph and Michaelmas.
