First party: Hawise, daughter of Walter de Salfleteby [Saltfleetby], widow.
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: Six acres of land with appurtenances in the territory of Saufleteby [Saltfleetby] lying between the land of Henry the clerk on the west side and the land of Alice, daughter of John the tailor (Cissoris), on the east side, of which the northern limits abut upon le Neudic and the southern limits upon Hawise's land. To hold to Philip and his heirs freely and quietly in fee and inheritance of Hawise and his heirs, paying yearly to Hawise and his heirs one clove for all services, customs, suits and demands, namely at the feast of St Botolph.
