First party: Philip Galle.
Second party: William the Mason of Salfleteby [Saltfleetby] and Hawise, daughter of Walter of the same vill.
Place or subject: William and Hawise acknowledge that they have received from Philip Galle their charter by which Philip granted them six acres of land with appurtenances in the territory of the same vill, lying between the land of Henry the clerk on the west side and the land of Alina, daughter of John the tailor (Cissoris) on the east side, the northern limits of which abut upon le Newedyc and the south limits upon Hawise's land. To hold of Philip and his heirs to William and Hawise and their heirs freely, quietly and in inheritance, paying 12d yearly to Philip and his heirs, namely at the four terms appointed in the soke.
