First party: Ranulf Pya of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of the same.
Place or subject: One acre in the territory of the vill lying between Philip's land on the north side and Ranulf's land on the south side, whose end towards the west abuts upon the land of Robert Mole, and is turned upon the land of Adam le Vavasur [Vavasour], with all liberties and easements, with free entry and exit. To hold to Philip and his heirs or assigns of the lords of the fee freely and quietly, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying to the lords of the fee yearly 1½d at the terms appointed in the soke for all services, customs, suits of court and demands.
