Place or subject: Three acres of land at the north-east corner in Aplcrft next to the water. To hold of the abbot of Langunet freely and quietly in fee and inheritance for 4¼d yearly at farm at the four terms for all earthly services, namely 1d at Christmas, 1d at Easter, 1d at the feast of St Botolph and 1¼d at Michaelmas.
