Second party: Philip Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Philip Unwyne has assigned and attorned Philip Galle and his heirs to pay 4d yearly at the feast of St Botolph forever to John, son of Humphrey de Cormailes and his heirs on behalf of Philip Unwyne and his heirs, at that term, for two acres of meadow which he holds of Philip Unwyne in the marsh of Gayton [Gayton le Marsh].
County: [Lincolnshire].
