Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Saltfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Two acres of meadow in the marsh of Gayton [Gayton le Marsh] lying in the place called Engcroft, between the meadow which Robert son of Astyn formerly held, and the meadow which was of Walter Saylbert, and it abuts towards the west upon Engcroftdic and towards the east upon Langdayle. For two marks of silver. To hold to Philip, son of Odo Galle, and his assigns from Philip Unwyne and his heirs freely, peacefully, in fee and inheritance, paying to Philip Unwyne and his heirs yearly 4d at the feast of St Botolph for all services, customs and exactions.
