Folios: 302v-303. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter D. Grant.
First party: Walter, son of Wygot of Holm.
Second party: Andrew Galle.
Place or subject: One selion of arable land upon le Holm lying between Andrew's lands on the east side and Walter's land on the west side, and abutting upon le Midelgate towards the north, and as far as le Adich towards the south, and 4d of rent which John Pictor paid to Walter annually at the four appointed terms in the soke. To hold to Andrew and his heirs of Walter and his heirs freely, quietly and peacefully in fee and inheritance for 20s which Andrew gave to Walter in his need
