First party: Syssud de Halincchun [Hallington].
Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle.
Place or subject: One and a half acres of meadow in Neucrofph in the south meadows of Salfletheby [Saltfleetby], on the west side of the house of Gilbert Piry, lying between Gunnecrofph and the meadow of William the clerk of Holm, whose boundaries abut upon the land of Odo Galle towards the south and upon the way towards the north. For 20s of silver. To hold to Andrew and his heirs or assigns of Syssud and his heirs freely, quietly, peacefully and in inheritance, paying 2d yearly to Syssud and his heirs, namely 1d at Easter and 1d at the feast of St Botolph, for all secular servce and exaction and custom pertaining to that land.
