First party: Wigot de Holmo by the advice and consent of his wife and his heirs.
Second party: Siwat, son of Hugh de Halingtun [Hallington].
Place or subject: One acre of meadow and a half on the north side of Wigot's dole in the meadows of Saufledby [Saltfleetby] which lie between the meadow of William at the church and the meadow of William de Holmo in the new croft. [The grant is made] in free marriage with Edeyt, daughter of Wigot. To hold freely and quietly of Wigot and his heirs to Siwat and his heirs in right of inheritance, paying 2d yearly to Wigot and his heirs for all service and exaction at two terms, namely 1d at Christmas and 1d at Easter.
