First party: Alice Bec, late wife of Henry Bec.
Second party: Walter Bec, son and heir of Henry Bek, late her husband.
Place or subject: The whole of Alice's land of Gresby [Grebby] with buildings and with the meadow of Hal with all appurtenances without any reservation for the term of sixty years to be accounted from Michaelmas next after [blank] Grosteste, bishop of Lincoln [Robert Grosseteste], saving to Alice the service of her freeholders. To hold to Walter and his heirs of Alice freely, quietly, honourably and entirely until he has received fully six crops, paying yearly one pair of white gloves at Easter. For this demise Walter gave Alice £10 in advance.
