First party: Margaret, daughter of Richard de Flet [Fleet].
Second party: Walter Bec of Eresby.
Place or subject: All her right and claim in all lands, rents and tenements or in any part of them with appurtenances without any reservation which were of Nicholas Bec of Eresby, uncle of the same Walter, both in Eresby and also in all other places. For this quitclaim Walter gave Margaret £20 sterling in advance. Saving and retaining to her and her heirs or assigns two bovates of land in Spillesb' [Spilsby], for which Margaret has Walter's charter.
