Place or subject: All Alice's right and claim in the whole land which was of Henry Bec, formerly her husband, and in rents and services and all other things which were of the same Henry Bec for the manor of Grelby [Grebby]. To have in Alice's life with all appurtenances together with the service of Ranulf the chaplain, Ralph son of Lambert and Thomas son of Henry, and with the meadow of Hal, and on account of 40 marks which Walter gave to Alice.
