Second party: Henry, son of William Cok of Little Steping [Little Steeping].
Place or subject: Three acres of meadow and reed in the east meadows of the same between the meadow which was once of William, son of Joscelin of the same, on the north side, and the meadow of the earl of Lincoln called Joppecroft on the south side, and abutting towards the west upon the marsh of the same and towards the east upon Kuwtesdik. To hold to Henry, his heirs or assigns of the lords of the fee freely, quietly, well and in peace, in fee and inheritance, doing to the same lords the services due and accustomed for such land.
