Description

Folios: 295v-296. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter C. Grant.

First party: Henry de Lascy [Lacy], earl of Lincoln and constable of Chester.

Second party: Thomas Sadelbowe of Waynflet [Wainfleet].

Place or subject: One burgage with appurtenances in Waynflet [Wainfleet]. To hold to Thomas and his heirs in tail of the earl and his heirs freely, quietly, well and in peace with all liberties and free customs pertaining to the vill and borough of Waynflet [Wainfleet], both within the vill and port and also outside, doing to the earl and his heirs homage and fealty, and paying 4s to the earl and his heirs yearly, namely 2s at Easter and 2s at Michaelmas, for all service, secular custom, exaction and demand.

County: [Lincolnshire].
