First party: Astin, son of Simon of Little Steping [Little Steeping].
Second party: Henry, son of Margery of Little Steping.
Place or subject: One place of meadow lying in the field of Little Steping [Little Steeping] on the east side of the vill between the meadow of Walter the cook on the east side and the land of John son of Simon on the west side, abutting towards the south upon the land of Walter de Marisco and towards the north upon the land of Hugh Faukes. To hold to Henry and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace, paying yearly to the lord of the fee one penny only at the feast of St Botolph for all secular service, suit of court, exaction and demand.
