First party: Simon Cambas of Little Steping [Little Steeping].
Second party: John, son of Robert Bond of the same.
Place or subject: Two selions of arable land in the west field of Little Steping [Little Steeping], namely in le Wra between the land which Hugh Fouler holds in villein tenure from the earl of Lincoln on the east side and the land of John Bond himself, which he holds in villein tenure from the earl of Lincoln on the west side, and it abuts towards the south upon the land of Beatrice, daughter of Katherine of Little Steeping and towards the north upon le Lede. To hold of the chief lords of the fee to John and his heirs or assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace, doing the services due and accustomed.
