Place or subject: Eleven acres and three roods and a third part of one arable rood, and nine acres of meadow with all appurtenances in the vills of Haltone [Halton] and Stepingge [Steeping]. To hold to John and his heirs in tail, paying 62s 3½d annually at Michaelmas to John and his heirs.
