First party: Henry de Lacy, earl of Lincoln.
Second party: John de Bernesley.
Place or subject: Eleven acres and three roods and a third part of one arable rood, and nine acres of meadow with all appurtenances in the vills of Haltone [Halton] and Stepingge [Steeping]. To hold to John and his heirs in tail, paying 62s 3½d annually at Michaelmas to John and his heirs.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Robert son of Roger; Ralph son of William; Miles de Stapeltone, knights; William de Nonny; Nicholas de Redinges [Reading]; Roger de Cobeldik; and Robert de Silkestone.
