Second party: Alan, son of Gippe de Friskene [Friskney].
Place or subject: In the marsh of Freskene [Friskney] one dole which lies between the land of Roger son of Basinc and the land of Gisle son of Rengot. For his homage and service. To hold to Alan and his assigns from Reginald and his heirs in fee and inheritance freely and quietly, paying yearly to Reginald and his heirs 4d for all exaction and service, namely 1d at the feast of the Purification of St Mary, 2d at the feast of St Botolph, and 1d at Michaelmas.
