Second party: John de Lacy, earl of Lincoln, constable of Chester.
Place or subject: In increment of the manor of Graham [Grantham] with appurtenances, which the said earl of Chester gave to the said earl of Lincoln, 24s of toll from Partenay [Partney] from the land of Dalby, which the mother of lord Hugh de Harington holds; 3s from a certain man of Rigkelley; 4d from the meadow of Hyreby [Hareby]; one mark from Robert the smith of Hamingham [Hameringham] for a certain toft; 6d from a certain man of Hyreby [Hareby]; 1d from lord John de Esterby; 40s from Hanild, son of Humphrey; 6s from two and a half bovates of land, 25s. From two and a half bovates of land in Kolkesby and from the third part of one bovate 28s 4d. For his homage and service. To hold of the said earl of Chester and his heirs to the said earl of Lincoln and his heirs, together with the said manor of Graham [Grantham] and 32s 7d from Hemingby, with the homages of the said John de Esterby, Hanild, son of Humphrey, and Hugh de Harington, together with Joscelin, son of Heming, and his following, Hugh, son of Richard, with his following, Walter, son of Reginald, with his following, Maud, widow, with her following, Roger, son of Robert, with his following, Allota de Cotes with her following, Goda, wife of Helsus, with her following, Agnes, wife of Gilbert, with her following, and together with tenants and villeinage in Kolkelby with their following. The said earl of Chester shall warrant the said rents according to the tenor of a deed, completed between him and Hawise de Quency.
