Place or subject: Six acres of land in the territory of Steping [Steeping], namely in Breythenges, lying in upper part towards the north between the land of Hugh de Steeping and between the water which is called Neudich. To hold to Nicholas, his heirs or assigns of Walter and his heirs in fee and inheritance, freely, quietly and honourably, paying yearly to Walter and his heirs 18d at the feast of St Botolph for all secular service.
