Second party: Margaret de Lacy, countess of Lincoln and Pembroke.
Place or subject: The homage and service of Ralph, son of Luke de Ireby [Irby in the Marsh], namely 12s of annual rent from the tenement he held of Richard in the vills of Irby in the Marsh and Waynflet [Wainfleet], with all appurtenances without any reservation, and the homage and service of Roger, son of Simon de Waynflet, namely 4s of annual rent from the tenement he held of Richard in the vill of Wainfleet, with all appurtenances without any reservation, which tenements Richard formerly held of the countess in chief.
