First party: Mirulda, daughter of Torald of Raithebi [Raithby].
Second party: Odo Galle.
Place or subject: Two acres of meadow in Semerecroft next to the headland at the west in length. To hold of Mirulda and her heirs freely and quietly, absolutely and honourably, paying her Mirulda 4d yearly for all earthly services and secular demands, namely 1d each at Christmas, Easter, the feast of St Botolph and Michaelmas.
