First party: Roger, son of Goda de Haltun [Halton].
Second party: Margery, relict of William Cock, late of Little Steping [Little Steeping], and Henry, her son.
Place or subject: One selion of arable land lying on the west side of the vill in Milnecroft between the land of the earl of Lincoln on the west side and Henry's land on the east side. To hold to Margery and Henry and their heirs or assigns freely, quietly, well and in peace with all appurtenances, liberties, easements pertaining to that selion. Paying yearly to Roger and his heirs or assigns 2d, namely 1d at Christmas and 1d at the feast of St Botolph, for all secular service, suits of court, exaction and demand.
