First party: W[illiam], prior, and the convent of the canons of St Katherine, Lincoln.
Second party: Alice daughter of Hugh.
Place or subject: A certain toft with free entry and exit and with common pasture and with other appurtenances in Little Steping [Little Steeping] in the place called Marestal, namely the toft which Ralph Fisk held. To hold of the prior and convent to Alice and her heirs for 12d to be paid to them at Michaelmas yearly.
County: [Lincolnshire].
