Folio: 287v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter C. Quitclaim.
First party: Peter the chanter (Cantor) of Querendona [Quorndon].
Second party: Ranulf, earl of Chester [Ranulf de Blundeville].
Place or subject: The whole land which Peter had in Weinflet [Wainfleet] and the whole of his other land of Lyndeseia [Lindsey] which pertains to that land of Wainfleet. To hold to the earl and his heirs in inheritance in his demesne.
County: [Lincolnshire].
Additional people: Witnesses: Thomas Dispens' [Despenser]; William Picot; Walter de Coventre [Coventry]; Juhell de Lovingneio; John de Pratell; Elias the butler; Geoffrey de St Brice; Ingram Pisce; Henry Dispens'; William son of Hamo; and Henry de Croile.
