Folios: 286v-287. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter C. Quitclaim.
First party: Henry de Billinghey [Billinghay].
Second party: Gilbert de Beningwrth [Benniworth].
Place or subject: The whole of Henry's right and claim in the tenement which Walter, son of Matthew de Beningwrth, or Matthew, his father, held in Steping [Steeping] and Halton, with all appurtenances within the vill and outside. For this quitclaim Gilbert gave Henry two marks of rent, which Henry was accustomed to give to him yearly for the land of Wllestorp, and one bovate of land in Beningworth [Benniworth], which Thomas the smith held, with the toft that Siwat held, the toft, which was of Anke, and the land which was of Toke and Rumphari lying between the toft of the smith and the toft of Sywat.
