Folio: 286. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter C. Grant.
First party: Walter, son of Matthew de Beningwrd [Benniworth].
Second party: Ralph Carbunel [Carbonel] of Halton.
Place or subject: Half an acre of land in Halton on the south side of the croft which William son of Sinert held in length from the land that Walter gave to Bennet Macecrer as far as the toft of Hugh, son of Simon son of Gippus. To hold to Ralph and his heirs of Walter and his heirs for his homage and service in fee and inheritance freely, quietly, absolutely and honourably. Paying yearly to Walter and his heirs 6d for all service, namely 3d at Christmas and 3d at Easter.
County: [Lincolnshire].
