Place or subject: The whole of that place called Instetting with width and length and with all appurtenances lying in the territory of Wrangel [Wrangle] between the land of William Neucumen towards the east and the land of Beatrice, relict of Simon, towards the west, abutting towards the south upon le Fendic and towards the north upon the land of Maud, relict of Philip. To hold to Margaret and her heirs or assigns freely, quietly, peacefully and in inheritance.
