Folios: 271-271v. Honor of Bolyngbrok [Bolingbroke], in one box, marked by the letter B. Quitclaim.

First party: Andrew, son of Alan de Wrengel [Wrangle].

Second party: Margaret de Lacy, countess of Lincoln and Pembroke.

Place or subject: The whole of that place called Instetting with width and length and with all appurtenances lying in the territory of Wrangel [Wrangle] between the land of William Neucumen towards the east and the land of Beatrice, relict of Simon, towards the west, abutting towards the south upon le Fendic and towards the north upon the land of Maud, relict of Philip. To hold to Margaret and her heirs or assigns freely, quietly, peacefully and in inheritance.

County: [Lincolnshire].

Additional people: Witnesses: Richard de Thointona [Toynton], then steward of Bulinbroc [Bolingbroke]; Richard le Bret; Abraham de Wlmarstig; Richard of the same; Hugh son of Richard; Alan son of Simon; Baldric son of John; William the servant; and Ralph de Wlmarstig, clerk.
