First party: Haldan, son of Simon de Sutton in Hoylandia [Long Sutton].
Second party: William Lungesp' [Longespee].
Place or subject: All Haldan's right and claim in eight acres of land with appurtenances in Sutton [Long Sutton], which Lady Nichola de Haya granted to Simon, his father, by her charter, of which Nicholas Bete holds four acres, Simon son of Bete three acres, and Robert de Lunedene one acre, with all services and customs, which they were accustomed or ought to do to Haldan and his ancestors.
