First party: Roger, son of Everard de Wrangel [Wrangle].
Second party: Margaret, countess of Lincoln and Pembroke.
Place or subject: One toft in the vill of Wrangel [Wrangle] with the buildings founded there lying between the toft of Gunewat Lefdyhare towards the south and the toft of Walter son of Simon towards the north, abutting towards the east upon Hestya and towards the west upon Walter's land. For her service. To hold to the countess and her heirs or assigns of Walter son of Simon and his heirs in fee and inheritance freely, quietly, absolutely, honourably, well and in peace, paying to Walter and his heirs 1d only at the feast of St Botolph for all service and secular exaction.
