Second party: William Longesp' [Longespee] and Idonea, his wife.
Place or subject: A fifth part of the whole of Geoffrey's land (afferne) in the marsh outside the foreign 'Fendic' as far as Trokenholt, touching Geoffrey's manor of Gedden' [Gedney]. To hold to William and Idonea and their heirs absolutely and quietly from Geoffrey and his heirs forever.
