Place or subject: One toft and one croft with all appurtenances in the vill of Hundelby [Hundleby] lying between the toft of Ralph de Wdehalle towards the east and the toft of Roger Halard towards the west, and it abuts upon the royal way towards the south and upon the pond of the vicar of Hundelby towards the north, and one plot of meadow in the same vill lying between the meadow of the master of Stikeswald [Stixwould] towards the east and land of Roger Halard towards the west. To hold to John and his heirs or assigns in fee and inheritance freely and quietly from all secular exactions and demands. Paying yearly to Alan le Quilter 12d, namely 3d at Christmas, 3d at Easter, 3s at the feast of St Botolph, and 3d at Michaelmas for all service and demand.
