First party: John, son of Richard de Lesingtorp.
Second party: Walter Bec of Eresby.
Place or subject: All John's right and claim in the whole land which he had of the fee of Walter Bec in the vills of Torp [Thorpe], Spilesby [Spilsby] and Eresby in meadows, pastures, homages, rents, services and in all other things pertaining to that land. For 10 marks which Walter Bec gave to John.
