First party: Hugh de Totel, son of Hugh de Karelton.
Second party: Philip Galle.
Place or subject: Three selions of arable land in the territory of Riston [Reston] lying together in one place called le Suthmore between Philip's land on the north side, which Philip has from Hugh, and the land of John le Parcur on the south side, the western limits of which abut upon the boundary between Reston and Hagthorp, and the easterm limits abut upon le Reynegriph, with another entry and exit and all other appurtenances within the vill and outside. To hold of Hugh and his heirs to Philip and his heirs or assigns freely, absolutely, honourably and in right of inheritance. Paying yearly to Hugh and his heirs one clove at the feast of St Botolph for all secular service, exaction, suits, custom and demand.
