First party: Hugh de Totel, nephew of Odo the reeve.
Second party: Philip Galle.
Place or subject: Four selions of arable land in the territory of Riston [Reston] lying together between Hugh's land and the land formerly of Walter Tulus of Reston, the western limits of which abut upon the boundary between Reston and Hagthorp, and the eastern limits abut upon the land which John son of Reginald once held, and upon the land which Hugh son of Leue formerly held, with free entry and exit and with all other appurtenances within the vill and outside. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Hugh and his heirs freely, quietly, absolutely and honourably by right of inheritance, paying yearly to Hugh and his heirs one half penny of silver, namely at the feast of St Botolph, for all service, custom and demand.
