First party: Roger, son of William le Blund of Gayton.
Second party: Philip, son of Odo Galle of Salfletby [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: Two acres of arable land lying in the territory of Ristun [Reston] without any reservation, namely between the land of John son of Reginald, on the one side, and the land of Etheldreda on the other side, and abutting on the south upon the land of William son of Tole, and on the north upon the way for Ristun [Reston]. To hold to Philip and his heirs of Roger and his heirs well and in peace, freely, quietly and in inheritance for two marks, which Philip gave to Roger in advance. Paying annually to Roger and his heirs one clove at Michaelmas for all secular services, customs and demands.
